Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I have an 18 mos. child with the incorrect father listed on her birth certificate.(I was not married to him).I've had a DNA test to support this finding. I would like to change the birth certificate to list the correct biological father (supported by positive DNA match). How do I go about this change.

The listed father has no objections and the correct father agrees to this.
