Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I'm 18, And I Was Physically Abused By My Mother Because Of A Misunderstanding And I Want To Leave My House For Other Reasons As Well But I Would Like To Do It With Less Problems Than Necessary SO, Is There Any Specific Way I Should Go About It Other Than Just Walking Out?

If you are 18, you can legally "just walk out" unless some physical or mental disability prevents it. I don't know all the facts of your life so I cannot address other issues.
