Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Help!!!!!!

im only 17 years of age. My grandmother died in November of 08 and my birth mother is a drug addict. I dont have any thime of identification and im 6 months pregant. I cant enroll into a GED school because of the fact that i dont have a photo id. I went to the DMV about a week ago and they told me i could don anything i had to becom emacapatied?? but i dont know how to do that. ANd plus i think that it really doesnt make any since because i will be 18 March of this year. WHat should i do???
