Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I am 16 years old and for the first 15 years of my life i resided with my mother. About a year ago i moved in with my father and in order for me to play sports in school it was said that he needed to have domiciliary custody of me. Well I have been here for a year, and things are not really working out so i tried to go back to my mothers, and he will not let me, what should I do?

Your mother will have to seek a court order for change in domiciliary parent or reach an agreement.
