Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

abandoned

we been married 17 years we live in new orleans we have 3 children 16,14and 4 my wife took my 4 year old son and left the country to her native country me and my 2 older children did not know untill she was gone we do not trust this woman any more is this a ground for divorce and to sue her for full custody of the 3 children
