Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
abandonment
Havent seen my husband for 3
weeks - he stopped the direct deposit
so i dont have any $ for our babys
food or diapers I am not working and
have been home caring for our 1
year old. My family lives over 1300
miles away! Isnt there a law against
this?

You need to contact an attorney immediately to discuss your rights to child support and/or possible spousal support. The sooner you get the ball rolling for child and/or spousal support the sooner you will start receiving any $ you are entitled to.
