Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Active duty retired enlisted relationship

Im a retired enlisted person from the Air Force. She is active duty officer. Both recently divorced. If we had one time worked together would a relationship together be fraternization for her (My inactive duty requierment has already been met). If we married could the military prove there was a prior unprofessional relationship and pursue her for that

Re: Active duty retired enlisted relationship

While you might want to check with a JAG (or former JAG) as I know no military law, I would think any personal activity after you left the military is OK. Officers are allowed relationships with civilians.

If there was a prior "unprofessional relationship", how would the military know about it?
