Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Active duty spouse fathered child outside of marriage. 12yrs married. Is child entitled to property or anything but child support. What rights do I have with regards to military law. The baby mama is also military. What rights can she persue with regards to the child under military law. Do I have the right to obtain info regarding UCMJ actions for purpose of filing for divorce under adultery. Thank you

The military normally assists with these sorts of actions. The child is only entitled to support unless the father is deceased, then the child is a forced heir until the age of 23.
