Adoption
I divorced my son's father 3 years ago when my son was 3 years old. My new husband wants to adopt my son. My son's biological has not had any contact with my son in almost 2 years and we don't even know where he is. How can we do this?

Your current husband can file for an intrafamily adoption. You and your husband should speak to an attorney to get the process started if he wishes to proceed with the adoption.

You will need an attorney. He will file an intrafamily adoption and have a curator appointed for you son's father.
