My husband and I have sole custody of his nephew. The child's father has a set biweekly visitation schedule. Is it possible to adopt the child with the father still being in his life?

Unless a judge found that the father should lose his rights, the father would have to consent to give up his rights, effectively leaving you to decide if and when he would get to see his child.
