Adultry - ''other'' party be at fault

I am divorced. I am having an affair with a married man. He spoke with his attorney and left his spouse 2 weeks ago but has not filed for divorce yet. Sunday his wife took pictures of he and I together outside of my house. Can I be held in some type of monatary situation regarding their divorce? I appreciate your help.

Your paramour could be found guilty of adultery and "at fault" in the divorce, and therefore, could be hit for permanent alimony. Other than that, so far in Louisiana you are not financially responsible for the divorce. Of course when he dumps you for someone else, have a prenup so you are taken care of.
