I need to know about where to start about filing aldultrycharges on my husband this is very touchy,there's a child involved and my inheratence that bought my a mobile home which I moved here from texas and it was left there payed for in full,he abanded us right after we got here and has been gone 4 weeks and livin with other woman please help me thank you

Essentially what you seem to want is a divorce (there are no adultery charges because adultery is not a crime).

There are four grounds for divorce in Louisiana: (1) Felony conviction and sentencing; (2) Adultery; (3) Living apart six months before filing; and (4) Filing, then living apart for six months. In over 20 years of law practice I have only filed under the first basis once.
