Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Hi , my name is Aimee. My fiance and Iare getting married in May. We want to d a prenuptial agreement just to protect my income now and future income from his child's mother. WE don't want her to use my income for more child support. Is this possible to do and how do we accomplish this? WE are residents of Louisiana

Contact any domestic relations (divorce) lawyer. They can draft one for you to sign. Best wishes to you both.
