Can a marriage be annulled if it has lasted less than 2 years, both parties agree to it, and one partner has been cheating for the entire marriage?

Re: Annulments
Dear Friend,
The answer is no, not in Louisiana. The only grounds for an annulment in in Louisiana is a "mistake of fact, concerning the person": i.e., that Bill married Mary, thinking he was marrying Jane. The facts you set forth in your question are not grounds for an annulment, but possibly grounds for a divorce, depending on what the "cheating" consisted of. There is more to it all than this, but this is something to think about. Good luck!
