please need answers soon

my husband pays child support - the amount was agreed upon and put in the divorce decree. we just found out his 16 year old son is now living with his 19 year old girlfriend and mother. additional to this news we also have been told the 19 year old girl is 3 months pregnant. do we stop giving child support to the mother, to give to the 16 year old son ? we are just sick by this news. please reply asap. thank you.

You cannot unilaterally change a court order. The court must change it. Assuming your son is the father of the 19 year old girl's baby, have you thought about criminal charges against the girl? Or maybe both she and her mother. How about getting custody of your son. It appears he is on a destructive path.
