Help asap

Whats the laws in louisiana on divorcing a mental ill spouse who is not getting better but worse as time goes by? Been at it for 25 yrs so have def tried to make it work. She moved out of the house 6 months ago.

There is no law forcing you to stay married.

There is no law prohibiting you from divorcing a mentally ill spouse that I know of.
