Does an attorney have the right to transfer/image a signature on legal document ''consent judgement'' unauthorized especially when what was consented in judgment was untrue?

If that is what happened, then it is not proper.

If the attorney put a signature on a document that was not authorized, then it is forgery. Contact the Judge who signed the Judgment and contact the bar association.
