Awol Divorce

My daughter is trying to file for divorce because her husband is AWOL for the second time. How would she serve him with the papers.

I do not know what you mean by AWOL, but I will assume you mean you have no idea where her husband is located.

If you truly have no idea where he is, you can ask the court to appoint a curator to find him (you have to pay for this). If the curator cannot locate him, you can proceed after the curator does his job.
