Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I have a baby that I was in doubt that was not mines, but I still signed the birth certificate. Now that it is 5 years later and I see theres not family resemblems I decided to do a home DNA test on the child. The results are I am not the Father. How can I change the childs last name to his mothers?

Both parents would have to agree to do it. However, you acknowledged the child and will still be responsible for support.
