name off of birth certificate

Baby is 6 weeks old. I'm not the bio dad, how do I get name off of birth certificate without spending a fortune

By allowing your name to be placed on the birth certificate, you have acknowledged the child as your own. Unless there is another man whose DNA shows he is the father, then you may be out of luck. Either way, you need to file a disavowal petition.
