my ex boyfriend is saying i can't marry and move

Can I move when we are married and take my child? My ex doesn't pay any support and he sees the baby. My fiancee can't help it if we move. Why should we be denied happiness because he doesn't want me to move. My fiancee is Aif Force

You will need an attorney to help you get permission to move from the court.

The law says you cannot move without the father's consent or court order. So, file for permission to move.
