Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My boyfriend and his ex wife have been seperated for about 6 years and divorced for 2. They have a 20 yr old and an 11 yr old. He and I have recently in the last two weeks moved in together. The ex does not allow me to see his daughter and threatens him with nasty custody and property settlement cases. He has abided with her as to not upset the daughter (11 yr old). She has not filed child custody papers to show visitation, etc. Since I have moved in prior to those being filed, can she make me leave while the daughter is there? I guess what I'm asking is if there is any recourse if she tries to make me leave at midnight or something when the papers are filed.

You should not spend the night there when his minor child stays overnight if you are not married to him. Since there are no custody or visitation papers, then she can stop all visitation until your man makes her go to court. Then the court will rule what I just told you.
