Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My boyfriend's ex has filed a restraining order against me in the place of her son, claiming that I am abusive towards him. The story in the order is completely false and I have several people that are mentioned in the story (his grandparents and father) coming to court as witnesses and am not concerned about it holding up, but i was wondering if we could charge her for filing a legal paper based on the 'story she heard' from my boyfriends sister.

There is nothing you can file unless she willfully maliciously and with no basis files a prosecution against you. What you can do is show her that other people are trying to poison her against you by being a good role model for this child to emulate and realize that the mother feels vulnerable for some reason. Attempt to work with her and if that is impossible, realize everything involving the child must be for the best interests of that child. No one will change who the mother and father are.
