boyfriend's ex wife

Recently i have been recieving harrassing texts from my boyfriends ex - wife. Lots of name calling (whore, gold digger ect.) On top of that she called my BF one morning this past week stating her vehicle was ''keyed'', she has accused me of doing it. Of course I have not ''keyed'' her vehicle nor have i ever taken part in such an immature act in my life. What can I do? Is what she doing legal?

Notify the police. Using a telecommunications device to threaten or harass is a violation of state and federal law.
