Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My brothers soon to be ex wife made the allegations that he had sexually molested their daughter. H was arrested however has not yet had a court appearance. Social Services removed the child from bothnbiological parents and placed the daughter with a friend of the biological mother who is not a registered foster parent. Now the mother goes and spends nights at this residence althought the social services schedule says she can only see the child for 2 hours every two weeks. I have been denied visitation by social services, do I have any recourse in order to see my niece?

First, he needs a criminal defense lawyer. Second, ask if the child can be placed with you, a family member, as family placement is generally preferred.
