Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I called my husband at work one day and a woman flirted with him. He responded willingly. When I questioned him about the woman, he went into a rage and moved out of our home. He is a contractor on the job site where this happened and their contract states that he cannot fratenize with the staff of the hiring company. Can I have his company, the hiring company and even the woman sued for breaking my marriage up?

In Louisiana we do not award damages for alienation of affection.
