Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

car ownership

As part of a separation agreement, the car my daughter in law drives belongs to our family business. We want it back and have a brand new 2006 Pilot for her in exchange. The car in question is a 2002 Tahoe....she will not return it. What legal action can I take?

Have an attorney review the agreement. A petition for contempt of court may be in order.
