Car Totaled During Separation

The car that my wife has been

driving during our separation has

been totaled. The vehicle is not

mentioned in our separation

agreement. The vehicle title and

insurance is in my name. The

insurance check has been issued to

me. Can I keep this or keep half?

If the car was community property then you keep 1/2.
