change of custodial parent

i lived in jefferson parish, louisiana prior to hurricane Katrina. after the storm i am having a home built in polk county Florida. my daughter lives with her mother in La. we have joint custody with her being the custodial parent. my daughter is 14 years old and wants to come to Fla and live with me. what steps do i need to follow to make this happen?

Any changes must be requested in the Louisiana courts. I suggest retaining a lawyer near Jefferson Parish.
