cheater

I found court papers where my husband has a outside child and went to court for childsupport payments. He has a child from a previous marriage and we have a child together. If I decide to put him out and divorce him can I get mortage payment, child tutition, and my bills paid to and keep the lifestyle and make him to continue to pay everything he is currently paying?

Re: cheater

Practically speaking you have a right to child support and interim spousal support. To obtain permanent spousal support you will have to prove you are fault free in the break up of the marriage and that you are in need of the support. Any other agreement between the two of you about support is up to you.
