Child and Baby Sitter

I would like to get my husband to sign a paper stating that he is not allowed to pick up my child from the baby sitter unless I say so. Do I get this paper notarized or is this something that needs to be filed with a court?

Unless there is something seriously wrong with the man, there is no reason why the father should not be able to pick up his child.

Any such restriction would normally have to be included in a court order.
