child custiy

I have custidy of my 7 year old and my ex has her every other weekend. I was wondering if I died who whould get cusidy of my child. I have two other children with my current husband and he has been taking care of my 7 year old sence she was 2.

Normally custody would go to the surviving parent. Hopefully the two dads could work out a visitation plan that keeps this child in a relationship with her (his) two siblings.

Normally the custody would go to your daughter's father. However, write a will and designate your present husband as custodial person for your daughter should you die while she is still a minor. This may help but still does not absolutely give custody to the step-dad.
