Child custody

I have a judgement showing that I am the domicile parent, that was done through my divorce. I allowed my son to live with his father and I was wondering if the judgement is all that I needed to go down there and retrieve my son from where he is living?

Probably. Is the order the last custody order? Take the order to the Sheriff of the parish where the child is located if you need assistance.
