child custody

my son mom and i signed a writen notice stating that i will have him on weekdays and she will have him on weekends. do i have more custody of him? can she just take him back from me and place ME on child support?

If there is no legal proceeding regarding custody, then neither of you have "custody" except the custody that possession gives one. You need to file for custody, visitation and child support. She can go to the Support Enforcement Office and get child support from you unless you file for a Judge to determine who gets custody.
