Child Custody
The sperm donor to my child is attempting to fight for custody. Doesnt he have to prove me unfit first? And what are the chances that any court with give a child to someone that has child molestation in their family history?

The popular approach to these things is that each party should get equal access to the child. If you can show the dad has a close relationship to the molester, then the court will take that in mind when deciding custody. Do not take this lightly, and do not try to trash the dad unless you can back it up. You calling him the sperm donor tells me you don't like him....however, the court knows you slept with him so at some point you thought he was just find to father a baby. You need an attorney.

Neither parent has to prove the other "unfit." The test is best interest of the child. As far as the history of molestation in the family, it should not affect the parent as long as he is not the convicted child molester.
