child custody an support

The mother of my child has secreted him from for 3 years. We were never married and my son was with me only for almost 3 years.Niether of us had ever filed for legal custody. I have been unsuccesfull in getting her in court for 3 years now. I recieved a letter from MS. child welfare wanting me to pay child support . What are my options?

Since the child is in Mississippi, contact a Mississippi lawyer to sue for custody or visitation.
