child custudy

i have visitation every other weekend. my child was enrolled in a school in another state. but my court papers say he can only reside in a 3 parish area. what can be done?

The custodial parent is supposed to inform you of any move and give you time to object. If you were informed and did not object, then there is little you can do. If the child was simply moved without your knowledge, then speak with a lawyer, you may be able to bring a contempt action.
