Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

child support & alimony

Child support and alimony(adultery & myself being disabled)were appealed by my attorney. He cancelled and rescheduled and then cancelled again. He no longer represents me. How long does one have to reschedule? Can these issues be made retoactive? Thank you for your professionalism.

Support issues are retroactive to the date the issue was originally raised. You need to find new counsel and refix the hearing without further delay.
