child support
i caught my husband messing with my oldest daughter now he is going to jail and i had to stop going to college when this all happen and i was wondering can i get my child support out of his checking account each month or trough his social security

Empty the account before he does. Apply to have child support garnished from his social security.

I cannot agree that you should empty his checking account because I do not know if any of that money is yours. However, file for child support, seize the checking account immediately and attach the SS check. Unfortunately, if he is receiving Supplemental Security Income, that cannot be used to determine child support.
