child support
the custodial parent did not file child support but her sister did and know im paying backpay to her and only speak to my daughter every so often what should i do

If you want to see your child, then you need a court order that orders the person with custody of the child to let you see the child.
If you have a valid court order, and there have been no other legal proceedings you might be able to file contempt on mom for not letting you see the child.
You need a certified copy of the latest legal document (it might be your final divorce decree) and if the aunt does not have legal custody signed by a judge, then mom can be held in contempt of court.
