child support

this girl i slept with called me one day and told me she was pregnant but that the baby was not mine. now the baby is almost 2 she is trying to get me for child support. her boyfriend at the time signed the birth certificate. can she legally get me for child support since there is another mans name on the birth certificate.

You should get a DNA test to determine paternity. If the State is seeking child support, I am sure they are already requesting one.
