Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Child Support

my husband's ex wife keeps telling us she is entitled to his income tax return. How is this possible? There is no court order for child support we send what we can when we can do to the fact she ran bills up in his name and he is military so they take it right from his pay. so we send what ever we have left off that he gets paid.So how can they take his taxes? or can they?

She is entitled to exactly what the Court order says she is entitled to. Nothing more and nothing less.
