Child Support for 1 is286 but i have a wife and 2 kids and all the bills what can i do?

Not much. The formula takes into account your gross income and the child's mother's gross income. If she is re-married, then her husband's income might be taken into consideration, but don't bank on that. Of course if your wife has income then that might affect the amount. Assuming it is just your income and you ex's income, you are pretty much stuck.
