What is the law for child support payments once a child turns 18, but is a full time college student. Louisiana

Re: child support

Once a child turns 18, child support is no longer owed, "unless the child is still in High School, and then it ends when he graduates OR he turns 19, whichever is sooner." College is not in the equation.
