child support
living in a community property state,if my fiance owes back child support and we marry can my wages be garnished or a lien be placed on my assets? If so, can a pre-nup stop this?

Your wages can be considered in a small way in calculating child support. However, if there are Judgments against your husband, and you marry and 1/2 your wages become his, then you might have problems. A pre-nup will stop all that.
