child support louisiana

help please. know a dad with 2 kids both living with him (one since march the other may). the mom who won an increase in support in Feb. to $1100.00 is still collecting through garnishment. the dad is unable to afford an attorney. (he brought home a $66.00 paycheck this week for 32 hours. any feedback will be appriecated.

Contact the La. bar association and they can put him in touch with attorneys who offer discounted rates for low income clients.
