If both parents relocate out of state. How does it affect child support.

Child support does not change until there is a court order changing it.

While Mr. Pizzolatto is correct that support does not change until court ordered, the change of residence of the child is important.

The law of the state where the child resides becomes the proper standard for recalculating support.
