child support
my son turns 18 on oct i9 and my ex is taking me to court on oct 20 he will finish school in may can she get more and will he get his checks now that he will be 18

He will continue to have a right to child support until he graduates high school or turns 19, whichever comes first. That is if he does not have some sort of mental disability.
