Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

child support and tax claims

my ex wants to claim childcare on his tax return. He says that childcare is included in his child support. When the mediator was determing the amount for child support, he did ask me how much I paid for child care. Does he have that right?

Re: child support and tax claims
