If your child has visataions with their father and he has not paid child support in over 6 months do i have to allow them to go

Yes. Visitation does not depend on the payment of support and vice versa. You need to take him to court for contempt in violating the court's order. If you are married and your husband wants to adopt, then 6 months of failing to pay support is a reason his consent to the adoption is not necessary.
